  1. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Provide technical guidance to other team members.
  4. Monitor customer inquiries and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  6. Stay abreast of new technologies and trends in the industry.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  8. Install new hardware and software components.
  9. Test and evaluate new technologies.
  10. Ensure the security of customer data.
