Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at JobzMall! As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at JobzMall, you will be responsible for developing and executing hiring strategies to attract and recruit talented individuals to join our team. You will be an integral part of our HR team, dedicated to finding the best talent while ensuring a great candidate experience. To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong research and communication skills, a passion for recruiting, and be tech-savvy. You will also need to have 3+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role from a fast-paced environment, have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).If you are an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for connecting people and organizations, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent for JobzMall.
  2. Identify, attract, and recruit talented individuals to join the JobzMall team.
  3. Utilize strong research and communication skills to source candidates.
  4. Evaluate candidates based on qualifications and experience.
  5. Provide support to the HR team as needed.
  6. Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience.
  7. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track and manage candidates.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the recruitment industry.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and other organizations.
  10. Collaborate with the HR team to create recruitment materials and job postings.
