QA Analyst

Experience working with both manual and automated testing processes is a must. You should also have experience in the software development process and a good understanding of software engineering principles. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute manual and automated tests to identify, report, and resolve any issues that arise during the testing process.
2. Analyze system and software requirements in order to develop effective test plans and strategies.
3. Monitor and review test plans and results to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
4. Work closely with the software development team to provide feedback on design and implementation.
5. Track and document any bugs or issues that are identified during the testing process.
6. Remain up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in software quality assurance.
7. Maintain all test documentation, including test plans, results, and reports.
8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure all requirements are understood and met.
