Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs to ensure employees are engaged and knowledgeable in the organization's mission and values.
- Create interactive training materials and activities to support employee learning.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs to ensure they are meeting organizational goals.
- Utilize data analysis to identify areas for improvement in learning and development programs.
- Provide guidance and support to employees in their learning and development journey.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure learning and development activities are in line with organizational objectives.
- Research and recommend new trends and technologies in learning and development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure best practices in learning and development.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Manage the budget and resources allocated to learning and development activities.
