At JobzMall, we’re looking for a skilled Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our Human Resources team. We’re a fast-growing company, and this position will be a vital part of our success.The Compensation and Benefits Analyst will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and maintaining the company’s compensation and benefit programs. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work independently and take initiative when necessary.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, and prior experience in compensation and benefits. The Compensation and Benefits Analyst should also have a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as knowledge of best practices in compensation and benefits.If you’re looking for an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, evaluate, and maintain the company’s compensation and benefit programs.
  2. Develop strategies to ensure the company’s compensation and benefits practices are compliant with labor laws and regulations.
  3. Monitor changes in the legal environment and assess their impact on the company’s compensation and benefit programs.
  4. Analyze and recommend changes to existing compensation and benefits policies.
  5. Develop and implement communication strategies that inform employees about the company’s compensation and benefit programs.
  6. Assist with the development of job descriptions and job evaluations.
  7. Provide guidance and training to management on compensation and benefit policies.
  8. Analyze data from surveys and other sources to identify trends in the industry and benchmark the company’s compensation and benefits practices.
  9. Assist with the administration of employee benefits, such as health, life, and disability insurance.
  10. Manage the administration of the company’s compensation and benefits programs.
