Responsibilities:
- Design, evaluate, and maintain the company’s compensation and benefit programs.
- Develop strategies to ensure the company’s compensation and benefits practices are compliant with labor laws and regulations.
- Monitor changes in the legal environment and assess their impact on the company’s compensation and benefit programs.
- Analyze and recommend changes to existing compensation and benefits policies.
- Develop and implement communication strategies that inform employees about the company’s compensation and benefit programs.
- Assist with the development of job descriptions and job evaluations.
- Provide guidance and training to management on compensation and benefit policies.
- Analyze data from surveys and other sources to identify trends in the industry and benchmark the company’s compensation and benefits practices.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits, such as health, life, and disability insurance.
- Manage the administration of the company’s compensation and benefits programs.
