JobzMall is looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team! We are a fast-growing, innovative e-commerce platform that is transforming the way people shop for everyday products. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers. You will be the primary contact for any customer inquiries and act as a liaison between the customer and our internal teams.We’re looking for a candidate who has a passion for customer service and an understanding of the e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in an account management role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty -Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and provide timely responses to customer inquiries -Provide customer support, troubleshooting assistance, and resolution of customer concerns -Monitor customer accounts and provide feedback to internal teams on customer trends and needs -Lead customer success efforts, including onboarding, training, and retention initiatives -Develop and implement customer retention strategies -Identify and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement -Drive customer engagement initiatives -Monitor the effectiveness of account management processes and suggest improvements -Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotions -Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure customer satisfaction
