UX/UI Design Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Lead UX/UI design efforts to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences for customers
2. Develop high-quality designs quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
3. Remain up-to-date on user experience, interface design, and usability best practices
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are in line with project goals
5. Actively participate in user testing and user research activities to gain insights on customer needs and preferences
6. Create design mockups, prototypes, and other visuals to communicate ideas
7. Identify usability issues and create solutions
8. Create and maintain design guidelines and style standards
9. Utilize data and analytics to inform design decisions
10. Ensure design consistency across web and mobile platforms
