7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent retention and make recommendations for improvement.
8. Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
9. Provide training and support to managers and HR teams on retention strategies and techniques.
10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of retention strategies and make adjustments as needed.
11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports on retention efforts and outcomes.
12. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to talent retention.
