- Develop and implement effective strategies and initiatives to retain top talent for partner companies.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand the specific needs and challenges of each partner company in regards to talent retention.
- Collaborate with partner companies to identify key areas for improvement and create action plans to address them.
- Utilize various tools and techniques to measure and track employee engagement and satisfaction levels.
- Act as a liaison between partner companies and their employees, providing support and guidance on retention-related issues.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including HR teams, managers, and employees.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent retention and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to managers and HR teams on retention strategies and techniques.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of retention strategies and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports on retention efforts and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to talent retention.
- Act as a brand ambassador for JobzMall Select, promoting our services and values to potential partners and candidates.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to improve talent retention efforts and drive overall success for partner companies.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Retention, Employee Engagement, Or Human Resources.
Strong Understanding Of Best Practices For Talent Retention, Including Creating Retention Programs And Conducting Exit Interviews.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.
Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations Related To Employee Retention, Such As Equal Employment Opportunity And Diversity And Inclusion.
