- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline of qualified candidates for various job openings.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract potential job candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through networking, outreach, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and align with the company's values and culture.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to attract top talent and improve overall candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Utilize technology and tools to streamline and optimize the recruitment process.
- Represent the company and its values to potential candidates and promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards, in the recruitment process.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Or Talent Development.
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And External Partners.
Extensive Knowledge Of Current Recruiting Trends, Techniques, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
