- Design and Develop Learning Programs: The Learning and Development Curator will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive learning programs for our employees that align with our company's mission and goals.
- Identify Training Needs: Conduct thorough assessments to identify the training needs of our employees and develop programs that address those needs.
- Implement Training Strategies: Utilize innovative training strategies and techniques to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences for employees.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with department heads and other stakeholders to understand their specific training needs and design programs that meet those needs.
- Research and Stay Updated: Stay updated on current trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure our programs are relevant and effective.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Manage Training Budget: Responsible for managing the budget for learning and development programs, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Facilitate Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, utilizing a variety of training methods and techniques.
- Provide Coaching and Support: Offer individual coaching and support to employees to enhance their learning and development experience and help them achieve their career goals.
- Track and Maintain Training Records: Keep detailed records of training programs and employee progress to track the impact of learning and development initiatives.
- Promote a Learning Culture: Build and promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, encouraging employees to take ownership of their professional growth.
- Stay Compliant: Ensure all training programs are compliant with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR: Work closely with the HR department to align learning and development initiatives with performance management and succession planning strategies.
- Evaluate and Implement Learning Technologies: Continuously evaluate and implement new learning technologies and tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Education, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Learning And Development, Curriculum Design, Or Instructional Design
Knowledge Of Current Learning And Development Trends And Best Practices
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams
Proficient In Learning Management Systems And Instructional Design Software, Such As Adobe Captivate Or Articulate Storyline.
