1. Develop and drive the digital strategy for the pharmaceutical division of JobzMall Select, keeping in mind the company's overall goals and objectives.
2. Lead and manage a team of digital experts to execute the digital strategy effectively.
3. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies in the pharmaceutical industry, and identify opportunities for innovation and disruption.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand their needs and challenges, and develop tailored digital solutions to address them.
5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for growth and expansion in the digital space for the pharma division.
6. Develop and manage partnerships with key industry players, including technology providers and healthcare organizations, to enhance the digital capabilities of the pharma division.
7. Create and oversee the implementation of budgets and timelines for digital projects, ensuring that they are completed within scope and on time.
8. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital initiatives, and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results.
9. Communicate and present the digital strategy and initiatives to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting the value and impact of the pharma division's digital innovation efforts.
10. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team to encourage innovation and drive results.
