Fintech Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the fintech industry

• Maintain a deep understanding of the fintech industry and regulatory landscape • Monitor and assess operational processes to ensure compliance • Address any compliance issues or discrepancies in a timely manner • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the fintech industry • Provide advice and guidance on operational and compliance related matters • Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulations • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies • Train staff on compliance regulations and procedures • Report on compliance issues and progress • Create and analyze reports on compliance performance • Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues related to compliance
