Fintech Compliance Officer

4. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies and procedures and recommend changes as needed.
6. Provide training to staff on compliance issues and processes.
7. Investigate and resolve any potential compliance issues.
8. Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
9. Prepare compliance reports and documents for management review.
10. Maintain records of all compliance activities.
