Fintech Compliance Officer

1. Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards in order to protect the company and its customers.

3. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the industry in order to ensure compliance.
4. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance issues.
5. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
6. Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures.
7. Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters.
8. Respond to regulatory inquiries and coordinate with external auditors.
9. Handle any legal issues that arise related to compliance.
10. Serve as the primary contact for all compliance-related inquiries.
