  1. Develop and implement an employment branding strategy that aligns with the company's overall brand and values.
  2. Conduct research and market analysis to understand current trends and competition in the job market.
  3. Create and manage all employment branding materials, including branding guidelines, job postings, and social media content.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and branding efforts.
  5. Utilize creative thinking and innovative approaches to attract top talent and showcase the company's culture and values.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and universities, to enhance the company's employment brand.
  7. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of employment branding efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers to ensure they are effectively communicating the company's brand and values during the recruitment process.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in employment branding and make recommendations for incorporating these into the company's strategy.
  10. Work closely with the HR team to develop and implement retention strategies that support the company's employment brand and culture.
  11. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the company's employment brand is reflected in all aspects of the employee experience.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, both internally and externally, to promote our employment brand and attract top talent.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Employment Branding, Recruitment Advertising, Or Employer Branding.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Employment Branding Strategies.

  • Strong Understanding Of Branding Principles And How They Apply To The Job Market And Candidate Experience.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
