E-commerce Strategy Director

5. Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Monitor the performance of e-commerce software and applications.
7. Develop and implement plans to optimize customer experience.
8. Monitor trends and competitor activities in the e-commerce space.
9. Track and analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
10. Implement strategies and initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
