1. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to JobzMall Select.
2. Utilize various recruiting methods, including job postings, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and source qualified candidates.
3. Create and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
4. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.
6. Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
7. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
9. Develop and maintain metrics to track and report on recruitment activities and outcomes.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and make recommendations for improvement.
11. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and objectives.
12. Partner with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
13. Represent JobzMall Select at job fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities.
14. Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
15. Contribute to the overall growth and success of JobzMall Select by actively participating in team meetings and providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
