- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to JobzMall Select.
- Utilize various recruiting methods, including job postings, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and source qualified candidates.
- Create and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain metrics to track and report on recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and make recommendations for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and objectives.
- Partner with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Represent JobzMall Select at job fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities.
- Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of JobzMall Select by actively participating in team meetings and providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
Extensive Experience In Talent Acquisition: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Filling High-Volume And Specialized Roles.
Strategic Thinker: The Director Of Talent Acquisition Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Skills And The Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Recruitment Strategies To Attract Top Talent And Meet The Organization's Long-Term Hiring Needs.
Strong Leadership And Managerial Skills: As A Key Member Of The Leadership Team, The Director Of Talent Acquisition Should Have Exceptional Leadership And Managerial Skills To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team Of Recruiters And Drive Results.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Communication With Hiring Managers, Candidates, And External Partners. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Build Relationships And Negotiate Offers.
