  1. Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan to attract and retain top talent for JobzMall Select.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and align recruitment goals with the company's overall growth strategy.
  3. Source and identify highly qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  4. Utilize innovative and creative recruitment techniques to reach and engage potential candidates.
  5. Conduct thorough and effective candidate assessments to ensure a strong fit with the company's culture and values.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and external recruitment partners.
  7. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process and attract top talent.
  9. Develop and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient hiring practices.
  10. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  11. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support in achieving recruitment objectives.
  12. Analyze recruitment data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for JobzMall Select, promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates.
  14. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build brand awareness and attract top talent.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all recruitment matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Talent Acquisition: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Filling Positions At All Levels In Various Industries.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Director Of Talent Acquisition, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Recruiters And Setting Strategic Goals For The Department. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Developing A High-Performing Team.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques: The Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies, Tools, And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Networking, And Employer Branding. They Should Also Be Knowledgeable About The Latest Trends And Best Practices In Talent Acquisition.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Hiring Managers, Hr Business Partners, And Other Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Communicate The Company's Culture And Values To Potential Candidates.

  • Ability To Analyze Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions: The Candidate Should Have Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Use Data To Make Informed Decisions. They Should Also Be Able To Track And Measure The Success Of Recruitment Strategies And Make Necessary Adjustments To Improve The Process.
