- Utilize innovative and creative recruitment techniques to reach and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough and effective candidate assessments to ensure a strong fit with the company's culture and values.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and external recruitment partners.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process and attract top talent.
- Develop and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient hiring practices.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support in achieving recruitment objectives.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a brand ambassador for JobzMall Select, promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build brand awareness and attract top talent.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all recruitment matters.
Extensive Experience In Talent Acquisition: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Filling Positions At All Levels In Various Industries.

In-Depth Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques: The Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies, Tools, And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Networking, And Employer Branding.
