Cloud Solutions Architect

Responsibilities:

1. Develop innovative cloud solutions and design strategies that enable customers to maximize their business success.
2. Provide technical guidance and consulting services to customers regarding cloud technologies.
3. Demonstrate a deep understanding of cloud services and architectures, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
4. Work with customers to understand their needs and design and implement solutions to meet their goals.
5. Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
6. Monitor and manage cloud services, ensuring availability, scalability, and performance.
7. Stay up to date with industry best practices and new technology trends.
8. Provide technical training for customers and internal staff.
9. Act as a point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud services.
