Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Responsibilites:

1. Develop and manage our company’s technology strategies.
2. Provide leadership and direction to the IT team.
3. Identify opportunities to use technology to improve our products and services.
4. Monitor emerging technology trends and recommend appropriate investments.
5. Lead software development initiatives and ensure the timely delivery of software projects.
6. Manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective IT solutions.
7. Create and maintain standards and procedures for the IT department.
8. Lead and motivate the IT team to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
9. Create and present reports on the status of technology initiatives.
10. Manage the budget for the IT department.
