Responsibilities: • Welcome customers to the store and provide exceptional customer service • Assist customers in selecting products to meet their needs • Process customer orders and payments • Maintain the store’s visual appeal by keeping shelves stocked, organized, and clean • Answer customer inquiries and provide product knowledge • Assist in training new associates • Follow all safety and security procedures • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service • Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed • Cross-sell products and services when appropriate • Participate in store events and promotional activities • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions • Adhere to store policies and procedures
