Public Relations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and creative Public Relations Manager to join the Jo Malone London team. The successful candidate will have an impressive track record in public relations and marketing, a strong network of media contacts, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. They will be a natural storyteller, confident in leading the development and implementation of PR plans for the brand.Our ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to interpret data and use it to inform key decisions. They should have a good understanding of the luxury beauty industry and possess excellent judgement and decision-making skills.Reporting to the PR and Communications Director, the successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, responsible for driving creative, engaging and effective campaigns to showcase the brand and its products. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute creative PR plans to promote the brand and its products.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and other stakeholders.
3. Monitor and interpret data to inform key decisions.
4. Write press releases and other communications materials.
5. Manage the PR budget and ensure that campaigns run within budget.
6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
7. Track media coverage to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
8. Liaise with other teams within the organization such as marketing, sales, and customer service.
9. Attend networking events and other activities to build relationships and promote the brand.
10. Provide regular reports and updates to the PR and Communications Director.
