Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Product Development Manager to join the Jo Malone London team. This individual should be an enthusiastic leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and an eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the product development process, from concept to launch, and ensuring that the highest quality standards are met.The ideal Product Development Manager should possess a degree in a related field, such as Business, Marketing, or Engineering, as well as 5+ years of product development experience. An understanding of the luxury beauty market and the regulatory requirements surrounding product development is a major plus. Additionally, the candidate should be a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

-Lead the product development process from concept to launch -Develop and maintain a high level of product quality that meets regulatory requirements and quality standards -Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations -Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in product design and development -Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the luxury beauty market and related trends -Create and execute product development plans according to timelines and budgets -Conduct research and evaluate industry trends to develop new product ideas -Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders -Develop and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers -Manage product development initiatives to ensure timely delivery and quality results.
