1. Provide legal advice and counsel on retail matters, including distribution agreements, store leases, and e-commerce.

4. Manage and resolve legal conflicts and disputes related to retail operations.

8. Prepare legal documents and make recommendations to the management team.
9. Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations.
10. Handle litigation and other legal proceedings related to retail operations.
