As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be a brand representative for Jo Malone London, engaging with customers to provide a luxurious shopping experience. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, demonstrate Jo Malone London’s products, and educate customers on the unique features of our fragrances.The ideal candidate for this role will have a positive attitude, a passion for fragrance, and a deep understanding of Jo Malone London’s products. Additionally, they will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong sales and customer service background. They should be able to think critically and problem-solve in order to provide customers with the best possible service.

Responsibilities:
