A professional and friendly personality is essential for this role, as the Fragrance Specialist will be the face of Jo Malone London and its products.The successful candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and will be expected to demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The Fragrance Specialist must have a strong knowledge of Jo Malone London products, and should be able to confidently answer any questions customers may have about our fragrances.We are looking for an individual who is excited to join our team and represent our brand in a professional and positive manner. Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to Jo Malone London customers.
2. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers.
3. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
4. Possess a strong knowledge of Jo Malone London products and be able to confidently answer any customer inquiries.
5. Work both independently and as part of a team.
6. Maintain an exceptional eye for detail.
7. Promote Jo Malone London products in a professional and positive manner.
8. Ensure that the store is clean and organized at all times.
9. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
10. Assist with promotional activities and other duties as assigned.
