Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Fragrance Quality Control Specialist to join the team at Jo Malone London. This role requires a highly detail-oriented individual with a passion for perfumery and an understanding of the science behind it. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of smell and a deep knowledge of the fragrance process, from raw materials to finished products. Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate records of all fragrance production processes.

  3. Identify any potential problems in the fragrances and work with production staff to resolve them.
  4. Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for fragrance production.
  5. Train production staff on quality control measures.
  6. Analyze raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  7. Work with suppliers to ensure that ingredients are of the highest quality.
  8. Conduct regular sensory tests to ensure fragrances meet customer requirements.
  9. Prepare reports detailing quality control results.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations.
