Fragrance Consultant

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Fragrance Consultant to join Jo Malone London. This person will be the face of the brand and will be responsible for delivering an extraordinary customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales and interpersonal skills, a passion for fragrances, and the ability to engage and inform customers on the unique aspects of the Jo Malone London brand. Responsibilities: -Provide an extraordinary customer experience while representing the Jo Malone London brand -Possess exceptional sales and interpersonal skills -Engage and inform customers on the unique aspects of the Jo Malone London brand -Advise customers on the different fragrances and products available -Handle customer inquiries and complaints -Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the Jo Malone London brand and products -Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and products -Achieve monthly set sales targets -Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and sales trends
