5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner
6. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail area
7. Upsell and cross-sell products and services
8. Accurately process sales transactions
9. Provide a high level of customer service at all times
10. Build and maintain relationships with customers
