  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for the beverage division within the assigned territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including distributors, retailers, and foodservice establishments.
  3. Utilize market knowledge and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and potential growth areas.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  5. Conduct regular sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop and execute promotional plans and initiatives.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends.
  10. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products.
  11. Train and educate customers on product features, benefits, and selling points.
  12. Resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Conduct regular market research to identify consumer preferences and buying trends.
  14. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and strategies to drive business growth.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including pricing and discount guidelines.
  16. Collaborate with other Territory Sales Managers to share best practices and achieve overall company objectives.
  17. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company brand in a positive manner at all times.
