  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent for the company.
  2. Create and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  3. Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source and identify potential candidates.
  4. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  5. Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring.
  6. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent and promote the company as an employer of choice.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  8. Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Oversee and manage the recruitment budget to ensure cost-effective and efficient hiring practices.
  10. Mentor and train junior members of the talent acquisition team to develop their skills and support their professional growth.
  11. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement onboarding and retention strategies for new hires.
  12. Maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards, to enhance the company's recruitment efforts.
  13. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Talent Acquisition: A Senior Manager At Jm Smucker Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
