1. Conduct scientific research and experiments to develop new and innovative products for JM Smucker's brand portfolio.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product opportunities and develop strategies for successful execution.
3. Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations for product development.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and consumer preferences to inform product development.
5. Utilize scientific knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
6. Develop and maintain accurate records of experiments and results.
