1. Develop innovative and high-quality food and beverage products using your expertise in formulation and food science.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand consumer needs and market trends.
3. Conduct thorough research and experimentation to create new product prototypes and improve existing formulations.
4. Utilize sensory evaluation and consumer feedback to optimize product formulations.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in food science to continuously improve product development processes.
6. Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
7. Communicate and present findings, results, and recommendations to stakeholders and team members.
8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. Identify and troubleshoot formulation issues and provide solutions.
10. Contribute to the development of new processes, methods, and technologies to enhance product development.
11. Train and mentor junior team members on formulation techniques and processes.
12. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, formulations, and results.
13. Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to source and evaluate new ingredients.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve product formulations to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and consumer satisfaction.
16. Represent the company at industry conferences and events to promote our products and share knowledge and expertise.
