1. Conduct research and experiments on coffee to develop new products and improve existing ones.
2. Collaborate with the Coffee Research & Development team to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas.
3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in coffee research.
4. Analyze and interpret data to make recommendations for product development and improvement.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the highest quality ingredients for our coffee products.
6. Participate in sensory evaluations and taste tests to ensure product quality and consistency.
7. Contribute to the development of product specifications and standards.
8. Assist in the creation of prototypes and scale-up processes for new products.
9. Document all research and development processes and findings.
10. Communicate and present research findings and product ideas to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
11. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to understand consumer preferences and develop products that meet their needs.
12. Adhere to company standards and regulations, including food safety and quality control measures.
13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize product development processes.
14. Stay organized and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
15. Continuously learn and grow in the field of coffee research and development.
