10. Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive customer information.
11. Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
12. Act as a positive representative of the company when interacting with customers and colleagues.
13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and team members.
14. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless payment processing and customer satisfaction.
15. Assist in special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
