
Regional Sales Manager, Frozen Handheld, Spreads & Coffee Sales

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing strategies to grow our market share in the frozen handheld, spreads, and coffee categories within your assigned region. - Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase market share and drive revenue growth in the frozen handheld, spreads, and coffee categories.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors in the region to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in order to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to develop and execute effective sales and promotional plans.
- Train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to sales team members to support their professional development and growth.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Develop and manage annual sales budgets for the region, and monitor expenses and profitability to ensure targets are met.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities to promote the company's products and services and build relationships with potential customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations, in all sales activities.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales processes and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Proven Track Record In Sales: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, With A Successful Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets. Previous Experience In The Frozen Handheld, Spreads, Or Coffee Industry Is Preferred.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Regional Sales Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Sales Representatives. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Coach Team Members To Achieve Their Goals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Regional Sales Manager Requires Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers, Distributors, And Internal Stakeholders. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate The Value Proposition Of Our Products And Negotiate Deals.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field: While Not Mandatory, A Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field Is Highly Preferred For This Role.
