• Oversee all aspects of the quality control process for our products, including raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Collaborate with production teams to establish and maintain quality standards and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
• Train and supervise quality control staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Identify and troubleshoot any quality issues, and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor and analyze product data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all materials and ingredients meet our quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations, and make necessary adjustments to our quality control processes.
• Prepare and present reports on quality control metrics to management.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
