Production Technician

1. Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
2. Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues or malfunctions in a timely manner.
4. Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the production supervisor.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
6. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met.
8. Continuously monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
9. Complete necessary production paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
10. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by being a team player and supporting your colleagues.
11. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and production techniques.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
13. Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned by the production supervisor.
