Production Technician

We are looking for an experienced Production Technician to join JM Smucker's team. The successful candidate will have the chance to be part of our dynamic and fast-paced production team, responsible for keeping our production lines running smoothly.The ideal Production Technician at JM Smucker should have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in a similar production role. They should be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and have the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve quickly. 1. Monitor production lines to ensure efficient and effective functioning
2. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and effectively
3. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
4. Maintain accurate records of production processes and results
5. Follow all food safety regulations and ensure adherence to quality standards
6. Work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
7. Take initiative and work as part of a team
8. Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of production equipment
9. Assist in the development and implementation of new production processes
10. Provide training and support to other production technicians and team members.
