Production Technician

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Technician to join our JM Smucker production team. Responsibilities:

1. Operate production machinery according to safety regulations and quality standards.
2. Troubleshoot production machinery and identify potential areas of improvement.
3. Follow GMP guidelines and company policies.
4. Provide technical assistance and guidance to other production staff.
5. Monitor production process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Maintain accurate records and reports of production activities.
7. Communicate effectively with other departments and teams to ensure production objectives are met.
8. Participate in team meetings and provide input on production plans and strategies.
9. Work with the production team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
10. Assist in the development of new production processes and procedures.
