1. Operate production equipment and machinery to create high-quality products according to company standards.

4. Perform quality control checks on products and report any issues or defects to the appropriate supervisor.
5. Adhere to production schedules and meet daily production quotas.
6. Assist in the packaging, labeling, and palletizing of finished products for shipment.
7. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the production manager.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve any minor equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
9. Cross-train in various production roles to provide coverage and support as needed.
10. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
11. Uphold company values and promote a positive work culture through teamwork and collaboration.
12. Continuously maintain and improve your knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
