Order Fulfillment Specialist, Customer Logistics

JM Smucker is seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment Specialist, Customer Logistics to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer service and working in a fast-paced environment. They should have a strong desire to learn and be eager to take on new challenges.The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating customer orders from the time of order entry to delivery. This role requires excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing a high level of customer service.We are looking for an individual with a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service or logistics role. The candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills and be comfortable working with standard computer applications. Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate customer orders from the time of order entry to delivery.
2. Provide a high level of customer service.
3. Monitor customer orders and ensure accuracy.
4. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
5. Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate order fulfillment.
8. Maintain order fulfillment related records.
9. Troubleshoot order fulfillment issues and resolve in a timely manner.
10. Work with other departments to ensure customer orders are completed on time.
11. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary.
12. Work with warehouse staff to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
13. Assist with troubleshooting, reporting, and resolving customer complaints.
14. Maintain current knowledge of related technology and software.
15. Participate in training and development activities to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
