1. Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of the supply chain, including production, inventory management, and distribution.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
3. Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement in productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
4. Participate in inventory management activities, including tracking, forecasting, and replenishment.
5. Support the development and implementation of safety and quality control procedures.
6. Assist with the coordination of production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
7. Conduct research and provide recommendations for sourcing and procurement strategies.
8. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
9. Assist in managing relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
10. Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and best practices.
11. Work closely with the Operations Management team to identify and resolve any operational issues or challenges.
12. Support the training and development of team members, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
13. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
14. Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and apply knowledge to improve supply chain operations.
