Manufacturing Technician

1. Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure the timely and efficient production of quality food and beverage products.
2. Monitor production processes and equipment performance, making adjustments and repairs as needed to maintain optimal production levels.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment or production issues that may arise.
4. Conduct routine maintenance tasks and inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly and safely.
5. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
6. Collaborate with other team members to improve production processes and increase efficiency.
7. Keep accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
9. Communicate any production or equipment issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed quality standards and production goals.
11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to improve production processes.
12. Train and mentor new or less experienced technicians as needed.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
14. Assist in other production tasks or projects as assigned.
