Manufacturing Technician

The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of all equipment, performing repairs, and troubleshooting issues.The successful candidate for this position must possess a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of safety practices. We are looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn new skills, and can work effectively with other departments. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of all equipment.
2. Perform repair and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
3. Maintain an understanding of safety practices and protocols.
4. Utilize excellent communication skills to collaborate with other departments.
5. Monitor and improve production processes and quality standards.
6. Install and configure new equipment.
7. Train other employees in the use of manufacturing equipment.
8. Provide technical support to other departments.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
10. Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment.
