7. Lead and manage a team of health, safety, and environmental professionals.
8. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and organizations related to health, safety, and environmental issues.
10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the company's safety and environmental performance.
11. Prepare and present reports to senior management on health, safety, and environmental performance.
12. Ensure all incidents and accidents are properly investigated and documented.
13. Monitor and manage the company's environmental impact, including waste management and pollution control.
14. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
15. Provide guidance and support to employees on health, safety, and environmental matters.
16. Develop and manage the department's budget.
17. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and accountability.
18. Stay current on emerging technologies and techniques in the health, safety, and environmental fields.
19. Represent the company in meetings and discussions with regulatory agencies and industry associations.
20. Uphold company values and promote a positive image of the company to stakeholders.
