Maintenance Technician

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal functionality and prevent breakdowns.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, utilizing technical expertise and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
3. Conduct regular inspections of production equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
4. Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used and time spent, to maintain accurate equipment maintenance logs and ensure compliance with company standards.
5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities and schedule repairs to minimize production downtime.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
7. Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement, making recommendations for upgrades or modifications as needed.
8. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance tasks, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology related to equipment maintenance and repair, and make recommendations for improvements to current processes.
10. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and trainings, and by supporting and assisting colleagues as needed.
