1. Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
2. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement within the operations department.
3. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new procedures and policies.
4. Participate in operational planning meetings and provide input and suggestions for improvement.
5. Assist in the coordination and execution of production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
6. Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
7. Assist in the management of vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
8. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
9. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for upper management.
10. Participate in cross-functional projects and collaborate with different departments to achieve common goals.
11. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
12. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company policies and procedures.
13. Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
