1. Collaborate with the Operations team to identify and solve engineering problems related to production processes and equipment.
2. Assist in developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
3. Conduct research and gather data to support engineering projects and initiatives.
4. Participate in meetings and discussions with team members to provide ideas and insights on process improvement opportunities.
5. Shadow and learn from experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Operations engineering.
6. Adhere to all safety and quality standards while working on projects and tasks.
7. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
8. Support the implementation and testing of new equipment and processes.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
