Human Resources Intern

1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing orientation materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
3. Participate in HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, performance management, and diversity and inclusion programs.
4. Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
5. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing documents.
6. Assist with employee relations issues by conducting research, gathering information, and preparing reports.
7. Learn and utilize HR software and systems for data entry and analysis.
8. Contribute to the creation and updating of HR policies and procedures.
9. Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
10. Act as a brand ambassador for JM Smucker by upholding our values and promoting our company culture.
11. Collaborate with other departments and teams to support company-wide initiatives.
